We have contracted with a top real estate firm, Berkshire Hathaway, the last few to provide signage for their bay area locations. Most recently, this included their Blackhawk and Discovery Bay offices, to create building and lobby signs that draw customer attention and promote their branding.

Signage Attached to the Building

To create bold signage that made Berkshire Hathaway stand out from the street, Insignia Designs posted large lettering that was attached to the outside of the building. With such a clear presence, there is no confusing current or future clients.

Signage Hung from the Building

The look and feel of the Discovery Bay Berkshire Hathaway promoted a different signage concept. At these locations, we created building and lobby signage on the outside of the building, hanging down from the eaves, and also created a lit sign for visibility at night.

The concepts keep in mind the look and feel of the existing businesses as well as draw attention  in ways that are visible and appealing.
